COI Disclosure for all speakers
In accordance with "Bylaws and Guidelines for COI in medical research", anyone who plans to present at JNS 2017 is requested to disclose your COI statement of 2016 at each presentation, since January 1, 2016.
Please read the following instruction for your COI disclosure.
- Please download information on COI from below buttons.
- After reading "Bylaws on COI" and "Guidelines for COI", please download the "COI Statement" from the button below and kindly fill in the form.
- If you checked "Yes" on the COI Statement, please download "Document 3" below and fill it in also.
- Please submit the form(s) to the congress secretariat of JNS 2017 by email or by fax.
